Thanks again, Anik. I have seen Scriptlance before, but it never even occurred to me to go there to help me with a small technical problem. Another Thumbs Up for the Blogging Team!!!!

Pierre,
My guess is you're using bluehost.com for your wordpress blog, as am I. I ran into the same issue and simply updated to 2.5 using Simplescript as bluehost recommended. I can't see that it's causing any problems -- wp2.5 is wp2.5 - however you updated it!

O man...you jinxed it! :) I can't make any promises, but we're trying REALLY hard to make sure this does not happen. We've been slamming our servers with testing for 7 days straight now.

Let's cross that bridge when we get to it I suppose?

You have made some great offers to the first 10 / 25 people to subscribe on Tuesday. What if your servers go down? I have experienced a couple of product launches where the servers went down due to high traffic volume.

Hi Anik,

Before i go any further there is a question trouting in my mind, I have installed wordpress 2.5 version with Simplescript because Fantastico didn't have the latest version of Wordpress at the time I installed it. Your recommending Fantastico in all your videos, does it make a difference having running wordpress 2.5 with Simplescript??

thanks for the info.

Tried to use onlywire on your blog to see what the problem is but the system is down at the moment. Perhaps it is a problem with only wire and you need to try again later

By the way you blog layout is pretty cool. The header however takes up most of the space above the fold. You may want to consider reducing the size a little

To Anik and Roz, thanks for another informative video. Nice to know that there are good alternetives to elance out there

Sebastian,

This is VERY different - this course is all about blogging and AUTOMATED marketing. Niche List Profits is all about doing the "opt-in" strategy, which is still great but requires VERY active marketing (web 2.0 and social won't send you any traffic to an optin page).

Thanks Anik

I've been marketing online for over 2 years and used to do all the Techie stuff myself... net result was the marketing got neglected. BIG mistake!

Hopefully this can be a BIG lesson for newbies... You may think you don't have the money to outsource... but it will cost you much, much more trying to do it yourself.

*Time = Money*

The quicker you get the blog built, the quicker you can post to the blog and market the blog... the quicker you make money.

Get a part time job if you have to, to pay for the outsourcing of the Techie stuff. It will then get done quickly and then you can spend all your time marketing the blog and testing various tweaks.

Being a perfectionist I wanted to do it all myself, I wanted to know how everything worked. When something went wrong I would spend hours trying to fix things. It consumed a massive amount of my time... time that could have been spent marketing.

Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes.

Cheers
