Are You “Technically Stuck?” Here’s What I Do…

Saturday, April 26th, 2008

We’ve seen posts from some students as well as e-mail who are stuck on some details that are technical and very personal to their host account or their own set-up. Trust me, I’ve been stuck many times and still do till this very day - I’m 100% not technical and happy that way (no desire to become a programmer).

At the same time, I also don’t want to lose days trying to “play with things” to figure them out. For the last 4 years I’ve been using one site to help me hire very inexpensive help on technical matters (especially with Wordpress).

I actually get my entire blog installed with the appropriate plug-ins for as little as just $30-$40 from actual expert Wordpress programmers! To show you how to use the site (Scriptlance.com), I’ve made the video below for you…

Also, just another reminder - April 29th - 2 PM ET … We’re going to have some TIME Limited bonuses, so make sure you get ready to come to the site at exactly 2 PM ET…

An Unsolicited Student Testimonial…

Friday, April 25th, 2008

Ok, I HAD to post this because it really excited me to see it (also gave Ros and me a chance to “toot our own horn” a bit ; )

Debra, thank you so much for your kind words…

Here’s what she left as a comment in the post below…

====================================

You all are in for just a treat! I took this class in 2006 and started my first blog.

The new class is going to be so much better than the one I took… and it was almost perfect back then.

Anik and Ros are worth every penny… but they never overcharge for the classes. This class will be worth so much more any amount they charge.

You will not only learn to build blogs… but you will be able to have profitable blogs!

Don’t hesitate… hit the BUY button as soon as you see it. This class filled up fast last time… and so many people want in this time it’s not funny.

All I can say is… I am going to take the class again. Why? Because I know that all the new information will rock my blogs to new heights.

Thanks for all you do Ros and Anik.

Thanks again Debra!

The best part here is that not only are they free - but they are IMMEDIATE.

Are they going to make you millions? No.

Are they going to generate thousands of visitors? Not right away (in due time, maybe).

Monday, April 21st, 2008

Alright, we get this question a LOT and I find that many are afraid of blogging because of this one intimidating question…

“What am I going to write about? I don’t know how to write…”

If you think you’re not a professional writer - PERFECT - blogging is the perfect fit for you. Trust me, I’m no professional writer, but I still manage very successful blogs.

On April 29th, we’re going to release a large video series (blogging A to Z), in that Rosalind and I will go through over 9 strategies that we use regularly to come up with great blog content.

To start, here are TWO of our favorites:

Video #1 - Generating Blog Content Material Doing What You Already Do - It’s EASY!

Video #2 - Using “Google Alerts” To Spark Unlimited Post Ideas…

Lesson 3: The Power of The Long-Tail Keywords

Saturday, April 19th, 2008

It’s that time again, time for us to push forward and learn the REAL power of blogs.

Before we do that - if you have not started yet - start now, already over 200 students have submitted their blogs to us!

Lesson 1 - How to install your wordpress blog…
Lesson 2 - How to prepare your blog for the search engines…

Next order of business - I’ve made THREE videos for you today, please take the next 20-30 minutes, close your door, turn off your phone and go through them all (and do Assignment #3).

The 3 videos below are:

1. Why Blogs? AND What Videos Are Coming This Week…
2. PROOF - The Power of the Long-Tail (My own stats)
3. Assignment #3 - How to write for the long-tail keywords…

So a big question we’ve heard is “Why blogs? or “What’s the difference between a blog and a website…” - I decided to make a little video to explain better - I also talk about all the neat videos we have planned for you THIS week (before the big day April 29).

NO - this is NOT a gazillion million visitors - but look at how AMAZING of a start I have, ALL because of long-tail keywords & blogs…

Thursday, April 17th, 2008

Well, I have to say - Rosalind and I are very proud, the response has been incredible - over 150 blogs submitted and still climbing! The best part is that many of you (if not most) have actually taken the time to get STARTED (so you didn’t wait for tomorrow). As promised, here is the next lesson AND the next assignment…

Getting The Search Engines To Love Your Blog…

In order to teach you how to optimize your blog for the search engines, we HAD to make 2 PRE-videos (total of 3 videos) - so we basically had to break it down into more steps. Today’s video watching may take a bit more time, but the overall steps are pretty easy. So, turn off your e-mail, put your cell phone on silent, close the door and start learning and implementing right away…
